Baked potato skins, topped with crumbled bacon, cheddar and Monterrey Jack cheese. Served with sour cream and chives.

  French Onion Soup
Homemade onion soup served in a crock topped with french bread and caramelized cheese. Garnished with grated Parmesan cheese and green onions.

Caesar Salad
Hearts of romaine, homemade croutons and Parmesan cheese tossed with special Caesar dressing.

Taco Salad
Seasoned chicken, ground beef or both, on a bed of mixed greens topped with Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese, black olives, tomato, green onions, jalapeño peppers, sour cream and guacamole. All served in a giant tortilla shell with salsa on the side.

Hot Seafood Salad
Prawns, scallops, bay shrimp, cod and chunks of salmon sautéed with mushrooms and onions. Topped with creamy raspberry vinaigrette dressing and grated Parmesan cheese.

  Spinach Salad
Tender spinach served with honey mustard dressing, tomato and mushrooms. Garnished with grated Parmesan cheese and a hard-boiled egg.

Oriental Chicken Salad
Tender strips of chicken on a bed of mixed greens amidst an array of water chestnut, mandarin oranges, crunchy noodles, red bell peppers and pea pods. Drizzled with oriental dressing and sprinkled with slivered almonds.
