Caesar
Fresh hearts of romaine, Parmesan cheese and croutons tossed with our own Caesar dressing.

Oriental Chicken
Strips of chicken breast served on a crisp bed of mixed greens amidst an array of red bell peppers, pea pods, mandarin oranges, water chestnuts and crunchy Chinese noodles. Drizzled with oriental dressing and garnished with slivered almonds.

Taco
Spicy chicken, ground beef, or both, served on a bed of fresh mixed greens. Sprinkled with black olives, tomatoes and jalapeño peppers. Topped with sour cream, guacamole, Monterey Jack, Cheddar cheese and green onions. All served in a large tortilla bowl with salsa on the side.

  Spinach
Tender leaf spinach tossed with mushrooms, sliced egg, tomatoes and bacon. Served with our honey mustard dressing. Sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.

Hot Seafood
An array of prawns, scallops, salmon, bay shrimp and cod sautéed with mushrooms, onions and creamy raspberry vinaigrette. Served on a bed of fresh mixed greens and garnished with Parmesan cheese.
